AN EXTRACT OF THE REGISTER CENTER
22.12.2009 the article No. 2.65 of the Civil Code, provided that the Registrar after registering the legal entity gives the Registration Certificate, had been changed. Now Registrar gives an extract of the legal entities registry, which is valid until any record changes in the legal entities registry.
