ADDITIONAL 126 MILLION LT HAVE BEEN ASSIGNED FOR THE MEASURES OF LITHUANIAN RURAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME 2007-2013
At the request of the Ministry of Agriculture, there have been assigned additional 126 million Lt in the budget of the year 2014 for the support by the Lithuanian Rural Development programme 2007-2013. These funds will reach beneficiaries in the end of July – at the beginning of August.
There have been accepted more than 900 thousand applications for support in the period of Lithuanian Rural Development Programme for 2007-2013, and the sum requested is more than 9.8 billion Lt. There are already paid 6.8 billion Lt by now, which represents 86 percent of all assigned funds for support.
